APD: Left-hand turn leads to crash that kills passenger

Tami Hagen was taken to Mission Hospital where she died from her injuries. Investigators said Guy was unable to stop, and the Dodge crashed into the Chrysler's passenger-side door where Tami Hagen was sitting. According to Christina Hallingse with the Asheville Police Department, Monica L. Hagen was driving a 1990 Chrysler Imperial north on Highway 63. Asheville police said a female passenger died after the car she was in turned into the path of an oncoming pickup.
