The driver, a 20-year-old woman whose name was not immediately released, was charged with failing to reduce speed and unsafe tires, troopers said.

While the cars in front of her were slowing down, an unidentified 20-year-old woman failed to do so, rear ending one car and causing a domino effect of destruction. Even though all cars were damaged and nine people were injured, no one was seriously hurt.
