The accident happened at 11:45 p.m. Friday. The Highway Patrol says a 31-year-old man driving a pickup failed to negotiate a curve and went into the ditch.
Patrol: Driver in fatal crash near Walhalla was intoxicated
The crash late Friday night killed 33-year-old Matthew Webster, a passenger in the truck.
