The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a Montanan who was killed in a rear-end collision with a semitrailer. The patrol says 42-year-old Jammie Petras of Sidney was killed Friday afternoon about a mile south of Alexander, in McKenzie County. Troopers say Petras' pickup collided with the rear of the semitrailer after the driver of the semi slowed for a school bus that was making a turn.     The driver of the semi, 52-year-old James Stanik of LaPorte, Indiana, suffered minor injuries and was treated and released from a local hospital.
