The pickup missed the stop sign while headed south on County Road 27 and struck the driver's side of the SUV. Both vehicles entered the south ditch.
Audrey Zietz, 54, of Underwood, who was the passenger in the SUV, was ejected from the vehicle, Schmitt said.
