Police: Speed, intoxication likely caused fatal crash
The car slammed into a Talbert House building at 1515 Carll Street in North Fairmount. The social services agency’s building sustained no structural damage, police said.
The crash happened shortly before 2 a.m. Police said Denzell Andrews drove a Chevrolet Monte Carlo across the double-yellow lines before crashing into the building. He was not wearing a seat belt, police said.
