Police: 3 dead, 2 injured in single-vehicle crash that closed I-75 North
The crash involved a single car with five adult occupants, officials said. Three female occupants were pronounced dead at the scene by the Cincinnati Fire Department.

Brandon Davis, 40, has been indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and OVI in connection to the Jan. 24 crash.

Davis and Engram were taken to UC Medical Center where they are listed in serious condition.
