Officials said an 18-year-old driving a 2003 Chevy Silverado truck was going southwest on State Route 138 in Liberty Township when it hit a horse-drawn buggy traveling in the same direction.

All occupants of the buggy were transferred by ambulance or a medical helicopter. The driver of the vehicle was ok.
