Rhonda Parman, 51, killed in head-on car collision on Possum Run Road in Worthington Township, Richland County, Ohio

A fatal crash in Richland County Thursday night killed Rhonda Parman, 51. She was driving eastbound on Possum Run Road when she drove left of the centerline at the top of a hill and collided with a pick-up truck driven by 21-year-old Kyle Tingley. Parman was taken to Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital where she later died.  Law enforcement officers say alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the collision. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
