Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Deena Calabrese ruled that Secrets Gentlemen's Club was negligent in the death of Snyder, 22, of Parma, by failing to take the necessary precautions that would have prevented Vargas from driving.

A passenger was killed Saturday night in a wrong way crash of I-480 westbound on Cleveland’s west side.
The fatal accident happened around 11:30 p.m. on I-480 WB near W. 130th Street in Cleveland.
Officers said the investigation reveals that 40-year-old Julio Cesar Vargas drove his vehicle the wrong way on the I-480 WB exit ramp. Police said Vargas entered the exit ramp and crashed into another vehicle, injuring two people.
Desiree Snyder, 22, of Cleveland was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where she was treated, expired, and pronounced dead Sunday.
Vargas, the driver of the striking vehicle, was arrested on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault. Police said he was also treated for a high level of intoxication. OVI charges are pending.
