A pedestrian was hit and killed Friday night in Euclid as a car fled from police.

Morris T. Walker Jr., 35, was likely crossing the street near 19691 Euclid Ave. about 6:15 p.m. when a sport-utility vehicle headed west struck him in the roadway, according to a Euclid Police Department media release.
