Woman charged in hit-and-run; 9-year-old victim remains critical

Police say Lacynthia A. Tidmore was driving down Babbitt Road when she hit a 9-year-old Euclid girl around 7 a.m. Thursday morning. The victim remains in critical condition.

9-year-old girl dies weeks after Euclid hit-and-run crash

Her family is planning a spaghetti dinner in her honor to help pay for funeral costs. It will be on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Euclid Prep School.

Fundraiser planned to help family bury 9-year-old killed in hit-and-run

A spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be held Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the school, at 23001 Euclid Ave.  The dinners are being sold to help assist in paying for medical and funeral costs.      

Driver facing new charges for fatal hit-skip

According to court documents, 23-year-old Lacynthia Tidmore, has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after an accident, in connection to a hit-skip crash that claimed the life of 9-year-old De'Zyre Mays.   

Woman charged in deadly hit-and-run pleads not guilty

Tidmore, who has been ordered to wear a GPS, remains out on a $5000 bond. 

Cleveland woman pleads guilty to hit skip crash that killed 9-year-old Euclid child

Tidmore pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a crash and aggravated vehicular homicide.

She will be sentenced on May 24.
