Two men, 18 and 20, die in one-car Ross County crash

Neither victim had been wearing a seatbelt. Troopers said speed was involved.
Two men died Saturday, November 15 in a crash in northwestern Ross County. State troopers with the Chillicothe post said Dillion L. Blair, 18, of New Holland, was driving south on Frankfort-Clarksburg Pike about 11 a.m. when he crossed the centerline and overcorrected. The car ran off the road, overturned, and hit fence posts and a utility pole. Blair was pinned in the car while the passenger, Gunner Pence, 20, also of New Holland, was ejected from the wreck. Both died at the crash scene.
