A 16-year-old and his 12-year old cousin are in stable condition after they collided with an SUV in the Hilltop area.
A van parked in the street obstructed the view of the young pedestrians until it was too late. Both are in stable condition. The 16 year old suffered a broken leg among other injuries, and the 12 year old, his cousin, suffered a few bumps and bruises.
