Bicyclist Dies Following Crash Involving COTA Bus
It is unclear at this time why McCreary failed to stop. Indianola Avenue was closed in the area while police investigated.

Columbus Police say a bicyclist has died after a crash involving a COTA bus late Friday night. It happened around 7:00 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Indianola Avenue between Blenheim Road and Northridge Road. Investigators say the COTA bus was pulled over at a marked bus stop. The bicyclist, identified by police as 26-year-old D'Juan McCreary, did not stop and ran into the back of the bus. McCreary was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital where he later died.

Whoever released this article doesn't know what happened. My family is extremely upset and grieving. Over our loss and the, on saying that our son, brother etc. didn't stop in reference to incident with bus, when no one knows the accuracy of circumstances of the evidents that took place, not even the police. Please show some retains and compassion for our love one.
