Woman killed in Miami County crash identified
Ritter was a passenger in a Ford Taurus that pulled in front of a van that was traveling northbound on Range Line Road, according to the sheriff’s office. The driver of the Taurus was taken to Good Sam and then transferred to Miami Valley Hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
