A woman struck by a motorcycle has suffered life-threatening injuries and police said she stepped into the street and into the path of the motorcycle.

A woman, believed to be in her 50s, was struck by a motorcycle when she stepped into the street and into its path. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, but was fortunately not injured.
