Vindy.com - Sheriff: Teen brother, sister killed in Ohio traffic crash

GREENVILLE, Ohio (AP) — A sheriff’s office says a teenage sister and brother were killed in a crash today when their car collided with a semitrailer in western Ohio. The Darke County Sheriff’s Office says the brother and sister died at the scene after their car drove under the semitrailer and struck a tree near Greenville. Authorities say the driver of the semitrailer wasn’t injured in the crash. Deputies were continuing to investigate and said the results of their investigation would be turned over to the county prosecutor for review. They say no charges or citations had been issued.

Siblings Killed In Darke County Crash Identified

Investigators said Hudson Nestor drove under a tractor trailer that was turning onto Gettysburg-Pitsburg Road from Neff Road. Nestor's vehicle, a 1997 Honda Sedan went off the road and into a tree. The siblings were students at Franklin-Monroe School.

Are charges pending against the semi driver? Those poor kids are dead thru no fault of their own. Their vehicle had the right of way and the semi, waiting at a stop sign to turn left onto the road the Nestor kids were on, pulled out in front of them.
