According to the collision report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred Thursday afternoon just before 2 p.m. on OK-34, 6 and a half miles south of Mangum when 54-year-old Amador Pena struck a deer with his 2014 Harley Davidson while traveling southbound.
