The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the accident happened Friday around 7:45 a.m. on Interstate 44 just east of Cyril. A preliminary report says the pickup had a blowout that caused the vehicle to leave the road, strike a guardrail and roll an unknown amount of times. The pickup also hit a fence and rolled down an embankment. Troopers said the driver and two passengers were injured, while the third passenger was pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected from the pickup.
