The Norman Police Department says four people were killed in a two-vehicle crash near Lake Thunderbird.

According to the Norman Police Department, at approximately 11:19 p.m. March 21near Highway 9 and 156th Street SE a Ford van driven by 59-year-old Jeffry Pletcher, of Shawnee, crossed the center line and crashed into a Jeep driven by 60-year-old James Keithley, of Norman.

We lost touch many years ago, and despite efforts to find him online, I never did - and then I found out this week from a generic online report that he had passed.
