She was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Police said her status was later upgraded to non-life-threatening.

The woman, who is pictured above, is believed to have been behind the wheel of the vehicle, which is believed to be a late model silver, four-door Dodge Avenger with tinted windows and no tag.
She is described as a Hispanic female who had two juvenile, female passengers.

"At this time, investigators have not only ID'd her, but have found the vehicle driven by the suspect at the time the incident occurred," the police department posted.
