Vanessa Mendoza, of Clinton, was driving west on Interstate 40 in Caddo County at 6:30 p.m. Friday when she made a U-turn and began driving east in the westbound lane, troopers reported.
Mendoza, 26, struck a motorcycle driven by Keiven Dean Neufeld, 56, of Weatherford, near mile marker 95 east of Weatherford.
