A 22-year-old Collinsville man died in what the Oklahoma Highway Patrol described as a DUI-related crash on a Washington County road early Friday.

Troopers said the crash happened on North 4020 road about two miles north of Collinsville at 2:43 a.m.

It was about 2:45am when Bunch was northbound on County Road 2 and he departed the roadway, causing the car to roll over. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time and was killed in the wreck. The accident report says that Bunch was under the influence of alcohol.
