Police Arrest Kidnapping Suspect after Chase

Broken Arrow Police say they rescued a kidnapping victim after a chase through city streets. The driver refused to stop and after leading police on a chase, crashed on the north bound ramp of 169 near the BA Expressway. Police say the driver, Jared Mann, refused to obey commands and ended up being tased by officers, before being taken into custody. According to officers, just after midnight they attempted to pull a car over near 6600 S. Memorial Dr. under a routine traffic stop. The victim was transported to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
