Walter Lawrence Cuenca of Antioch, California was killed and Cory Ryan Leonard of Clackamas, Oregon was injured ater a Maserati rolled over on Southeast Jennings Road near Jade Court just after midnight Monday morning. According to authorities, Cory Ryan Leonard was driving westbound on Jennings Road at a high rate of speed when he lost control, struck a power pole, and the car flipped. His passenger, Walter Lawrence Cuenca, was pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol and speed are believed to be factors.
