Investigators said the driver of the Tahoe, identified as 22-year-old Domonique Williams, failed to stop at a stop sign and the Civic had the right of way.

Novarra was driving the Honda. She was critically injured and taken to a nearby hospital where she passed away Tuesday evening, police said.
A 1992 Chevy Tahoe collided with a 2007 Honda Civic on Southeast 80th Avenue and Ash Street just after 4 p.m. Tuesday. The 63-year-old woman who was driving the Honda was seriously injured and transported to a nearby hospital before dying Tuesday evening. The man who was driving the Chevy, 22-year-old Domonique Latrice Williams, was not seriously hurt. He remained at the scene and was unimpaired. A passenger in Williams' car suffered minor injuries. The speed of the car the man was driving was possibly a factor in the crash.
