The Toyota’s driver, Lan Vo, and passenger, Alexander Keppinger, were both rushed to a hospital with serious injuries.
The two people in the Nissan, Lance Faletogo and Rawz Addison-Faletogo, were taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, Simpson said.
