Police have determined that the crash involved a Dodge Dakota pickup, which struck a male cyclist in his 20's.

The driver of the Dakota, Franklin Drobny, was initially detained and questioned by police. The 55-year-old was later arrested and charged with reckless driving, DUII and 2nd-degree manslaughter.
