David Brewster, 44, severely injured in truck accident on State Route 249 in Deerfield Township, PA

David Brewster, 44, of Coudersport, Pennsylvania was sent to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. The  accident took place at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 13 while driving a tractor trailer on Pennsylvania State Route 249 in Deerfield Township. According to authorities, he was negotiating a curve and overturned the tractor trailer onto its side. The truck skidded for some distance while on its side, hit a utility pole and finally slammed into a tree. Brewster was trapped inside the cab, according to responders. After emergency crews extracated him, he was airlifted to the hospital.
