Coroner: Pedestrian hit along I-83 died of blunt force trauma
York County Coroner Pam gay identified the victim as Sotirios Drivas, 78 of Manchester Township. Drivas died from multiple blunt force trauma, and his death was ruled accidental, Gay said.
