The 911 call came in shortly before 6 a.m. Capt. Gabriel Olivera with Harrisburg police said the vehicle entered the water near Front and Division streets, then the current took it to near Wiconsico Street.

"Positive identification has not been made - we haven't found any ID on him so far," Lyda said. And they still haven't been able to track the registration plate to the vehicle's owner, he said.
