Students injured as Pa. school bus flips on side

A witness told WGAL reporter Anne Shannon that around 8 a.m. ET a vehicle tried passing an oversized load on Route 30 in East Lampeter Township. The vehicle collided with the escort vehicle of the oversized load and spun into the Lancaster Mennonite school bus, which resulted in the bus flipping onto its side. The witness said the vehicle that caused the crash left the scene.

Police confirmed the man in her video is the guy they want to question. Jackson hopes someone identifies him or recognizes the car, a white or light-colored sedan believed to be a 1999-2003 Chevrolet Malibu with little or no damage.
