A Virginia man was heading north on Route 222 when he struck two people and a rollback tow truck, which was pulled onto the berm of the road to remove a broken-down car.

Police said Anthony Caldwell, of Stafford Virginia, was driving north on the route when his vehicle struck the men and Waltrous' tow truck.
Driver charged in crash that killed tow truck operator, customer
Anthony W. Caldwell, 30, is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide while DUI and other charges related to the Sept. 10 crash near the Peach Road overpass in West Earl Township.
