Hit-and-run injures mother, 2 children in South Philadelphia

The search continues for the driver who struck a mother and her two children in South Philadelphia.The hit and run happened at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday along South Broad Street near Dickinson.Surveillance footage captured the driver barreling into the victims."We said, 'Whoa, what's going on?' That car shot down here, and kept going. There was no word on their conditions."If I wasn't working for the city and was off, I would have went to the hospital with her. Christopher's Hospital. I had to do God's will and evidently God had me at the right place at the right time," Moore said.The striking vehicle is described as a red Honda Accord with a broken passenger side mirror.Anyone with information is asked to contact Philadelphia police.
