State police are looking into weather as a possible factor in a deadly accident that happened late Saturday night in Union Township, Washington County.
State police are looking into weather as a possible factor in a deadly accident that happened late Saturday night in Union Township, Washington County. Garrick Lackey, 21, was a passenger in an SUV that went off the road and flipped in the median of Toll Route 43. Lackey, of Littlestown, Pa., was pronounced dead at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner's office. The driver was injured in the crash.
