1 dies after New Stanton Borough accident

A man was killed during an accident on Toll Route 66 in New Stanton Borough Friday afternoon. The Westmoreland County coroner confirmed Tracy Coleman, 54, of Sewickley Township was traveling north on Toll Route 66 when he swerved to the left, struck an embankment, and continued traveling north, where he struck a bridge abutment. The coroner said Coleman was ejected from the vehicle. Coleman was transported to the Excela Westmoreland Emergency Department, where he was pronounced dead.
