Man killed after being struck by vehicle on North Shore identified
61-year-0ld Louis Barber of Pittsburgh was pronounced dead at the scene according to the Medical Examiner's office. Pittsburgh Public Safety says Barber was struck by a vehicle at around 10:40 p.m. near the intersection of Allegheny Avenue and Casino Drive.
