Three people flown to hospital after accident on Route 30
Chambersburg police say Denis Rohrbaugh Jr. hit another car while trying to make a left turn onto Crider Avenue from Lincoln Way East. They say Rohrbaugh, 46, was flown to Penn State Hershey Medical Center with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the other car, driven by Hope Lewis, spun around and struck two pedestrians walking on the shoulder of Route 30.

Lincoln Way East (Route 30) has reopened in Franklin County after a crash Monday afternoon. Police say 67-year-old Hope Lewis was traveling eastbound on Route 30 when she attempted to make a left turn onto Crider Avenue and was struck by Denis Rohrbaugh, Jr.'s car. Lewis' vehicle spun around, striking Matthew Showalter and Franklin Gingrich who were walking on the shoulder.
