Two killed while changing flat tire

State police at Montoursville said the car with a flat was parked partially in the right northbound lane. An oncoming car hit each of the occupants before hitting the disabled car. Two were pronounced dead at the scene. The survivor had minor injuries.

Williamsport residents 25-year-old Syred Hamed Ali Shah and 58-year-old Fazal Malik, who are originally from Pakistan, both passed away due to blunt force trauma.
