3 people killed in head-on crash in Bradford County
Troopers said Philip Frisbie of Towanda was driving south on the Burlington Turnpike, approaching the intersection of Walburn Road when Sarah Heasley of Towanda was driving north on the Burlington Turnpike, approaching the same intersection.
Frisbie crossed the northbound lane and crashed into Heasley's car head on, state police said.
