A Wilkes-Barre man was struck and killed by a motorcycle in Kingston on Friday, according to Luzerne County Coroner Daniel Hughes.
Lawsuit filed over fatal accident
The complaint accuses Ullman of speeding and failing to operate the motorcycle in a safe manner. As a result of Ullman’s actions, Thomas “experienced extreme physical and mental suffering leading up to his death,” the complaint alleges.
