Pennsylvania woman dies after getting arm stuck in donation bin
Investigators said her arm got stuck in the donation bin after the step stool she was using collapsed.
Permar’s left arm and wrist were broken. The Northumberland County coroner said Permar died from blunt force trauma and hypothermia. Her death was ruled accidental.

"To be standing there, knowing that just the person across the street could just turn the light on and help you and just there and not be able to call somebody or have somebody come help you," said resident Kia Vazquez.

There she dangled until 8:30 the next morning, when she was finally found. Bags were scattered around her, and the Hummer’s engine was still running.
The temperature had dropped to 21 degrees that night, according to Weather Underground.
