Around 8:40, two tires fell off a truck as it traveled down the busy highway.
They crashed through a side window.
Moyer was hit with what the coroner calls flying debris.

Moyer was in Robin's Diner last Friday when when a set of tandem wheels from a tractor trailer some-how came off, and slammed into the diner.
