Laura Yocius, 47, struck and killed by tractor-trailer after exiting her car on Interstate 81 in Rice Township, Pennsylvania

Through further investigation troopers say the victim, identified as Laura Yocius, 47, of West Pittston, parked her car in the travel lane of the on-ramp on I-81 northbound with her car running, lights on, and windows down. Police say the victim exited her car for unknown reasons and walked on the interstate when she was struck by a tractor-trailer.
