Police said the boy, from Grove City, was driving on Route 58 in Findley around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday without his seat belt fastened when he drove off the side of the road and went down a 4-foot embankment into bushes and tall grass. The car then traveled about 315 feet before it hit a fallen tree, went over it, and continued 13 feet farther.
What personal injury victims need to know: If you have been injured due to the negligence of someone else, you need information on your rights and of how the insurance claim process works. Typically an insurance company tries to rush you into a decision to settle a claim, to reduce their payout. If you have been seriously injured through no fault of your own, it is crucial to get help from an experienced personal injury attorney who will talk with you about your options and help you find a way forward.
