In Lancaster County, one woman is dead and another remains hospitalized after a crash in Rapho Township. Police say an SUV and car crashed head-on Wednesday in the 1300 block of Auction Road. The driver of the SUV, Bonnie Miller, of Columbia, died at the scene.

Four people, three of them teenagers, died in what the Armstrong County coroner is calling a "horrific" head-on crash overnight. State police said the two-vehicle crash happened shortly after 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Route 156 in South Bend Township.
