Police are looking for what they believe to be a large size pick-up truck with heavy damage to the passenger’s side front fender.
The side mirror may also be missing.
Conn. man charged in fatal hit-and-run in Exeter
Jeremy Flippo, 26, of Voluntown, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, death resulting, from a crash on Route 165 just before 10 p.m. Friday.
State police said that Christian Costigan, 20, and a friend were walking on the north shoulder of the road on the westbound side when a vehicle slammed into Costigan and drove away.

Filippo allegedly fled the scene toward Connecticut after the crash.
He was released Sunday on $10,000 bond. It wasn’t immediately known if he has an attorney.
