Two teenagers among five injured in Portsmouth crash
Portsmouth police tell Eyewitness News that a preliminary investigation reveals a vehicle operated by Billey Dodd, 54, of Portsmouth crossed the double yellow lines on West Main Road and collided with two vehicles.
Dodd sideswiped a vehicle driven by Jonathan Barretto, 33, of Portsmouth.
After that, Dodd collided head-on with 45-year-old Bryan Babcock of Middletown.
