Wrong-Way crash sends 2 to hospital; Driver charged
A witness at the scene told investigators Cabral side-swiped a vehicle at a traffic light and then hit another car head-on. The driver of the first car complained of back pain but, according to the incident report, refused medical treatment. However, both the driver and the passenger of the car struck head-on were injured and brought to local hospitals. The driver was taken to Hasbro Children’s Hospital and passenger to Rhode Island Hospital.
